UPDATE - Arrest made in Homicide Investigation

As a result of the continued investigation into the homicide, the accused male, 30-year-old Tyler Donnelly of Belleville was charged with Second Degree Murder. Donnelly has been remanded into custody. The female victim has been identified as 26-year-old Shannan Leigh Hickey of Belleville.  The Belleville Police Criminal Investigations Division with assistance from the Forensic Identification Section continue to investigate the incident.
