Request a Report
Police Reports
Individuals may attend the Belleville Police headquarters in person to request a report, for an occurrence which they are involved in.
The fee guidelines are as follows:
- Accident Reconstruction Report: $2,000.00
- M.V.C. Search/Report: $50.00
- Insurance Information Report: $50.00
Accident Reconstruction Report
A request can be made in writing.
Insurance Reports
A Request for Police Report form must be completed. These reports take approximately one (1) week to complete.
Accident Reports
A Request for Police Report form must be completed. Service is normally provided to the applicant at the time of request, pending the availability of the Accident Report.
