On the 3^rd of August 2023, at 7:55 am, Belleville Police responded with EMS to an incident at Market Square in the city of Belleville.  Upon arrival, police located an adult male with non-life-threatening injuries.  The male was transported to Belleville General Hospital.  Police are continuing to investigate this incident and have processed the scene for evidence.  Police believe that this is an isolated incident and there is no threat to public safety.
