The Belleville Police responded to 59 calls for service between 5:00 am on 06 Sept 2021 and 5:00 am on 07 Sept 2021.

Breach of Undertaking

Belleville ON, On 06 Sept 2021 at 830 p.m. officers attended under the Sagonaska bridge in regards to a complaint of possible drug use. Upon arrival officers spoke to a number of individuals. One of the individuals was found to be on conditions to not associate with another person. Gordon Green, a 35 yr old Belleville resident was arrested for breaching an officer in charge undertaking. He was released on an undertaking with a court date of 30 Sept 2021.The drug use was unfounded.

Breach of Undertaking

Belleville ON, On 06 Sept 2021 at 8:45 p.m. officers were in a police vehicle equipped with an Automatic Licence Plate Reader (ALPR) on Pinnacle St. The ALPR came back with a hit on a vehicle indicating that the vehicle had undetermined insurance. Officers stopped the vehicle for further investigation. The driver, a 24 yr old Trenton resident was found to be breaching his undertaking to be in his residence at all times, except for medical emergencies.  He was arrested and held for a bail hearing on 07 Sept 2021.

Theft

Belleville ON, on 6 Sept 2021 at 2:39 p.m. police attended an address on Palmer Rd. in regards to a theft. Sometime overnight an unknown suspect stole a motorcycle seat and a tool bag from a motorcycle parked in the garage area. There are no suspects.
