Weapons

Belleville ON- On September 26th, 2021, at approximately 08:30 p.m., Police attended the area of Ann St/Victoria for a man threatening people with a knife. Officers arrived on scene and arrested 33-year-old Kane SHULTZ for uttering threats, weapons dangers, and assault with a weapon. He was later released on an undertaking and is to appear in court on October 21st 2021.

Breach

Belleville ON- On the 26th of September 2021 at approximately 11:00 a.m., Police attended the Bank of Montreal on Front St. for a male sleeping in the bank vestibule. Once the man was identified, it was learned that he was on conditions not to be in the area of front St. The 30-year-old male was arrested for breaching his undertaking and was held for a show cause hearing.
