Break and Enter
Belleville ON-On the 21st of September 2021 at 520 a.m. Belleville Police were called to the former site of Quinte Secondary School regarding a possible break and enter in progress. Officers arrived on scene and shortly after a male was located exiting the building and was subsequently arrested. 36-year-old Justin McMahon of Belleville is charged with break and enter contrary to section 348(1)(b) of the Criminal Code and was held in custody for a bail hearing.
Motor Vehicle Theft
Belleville ON-On the 21st of September 2021 at 930 a.m. Belleville Police attended the West end of the city regarding a stolen vehicle. The victim indicated she had her vehicle stolen after she left it running in the driveway of a residence. Twenty minutes later the vehicle was located a few blocks away. A female was located in the driver’s seat of the vehicle and arrested. The 26-year-old Windsor resident was charged with theft of a motor vehicle contrary to section 333.1 and failing to comply with a release order contrary to section 145(5)(a) of the Criminal Code. The female is being held for a bail hearing on the 22nd of September 2021.
