Warrant

Belleville, ON – September 10^th, 2020, 7:45pm - Police arrested a 28-year-old male for an outstanding warrant for Breach of Court Order.  The accused was held for bail hearing scheduled for September 11^th, 2020. 

Prohibited Drive / Drugs

Belleville, ON – September 10^th, 2020, 8pm - A 43-year-old male was stopped in a vehicle on Avondale Rd.  The male was charged with 4 counts of Prohibited Drive, 1 count of possession of crystal meth and 2 counts of breaching a court order.  The male was held for a bail hearing scheduled on September 11^th, 2020.  His vehicle was seized.

A female passenger in the vehicle from Kingston, Shannon Brooks, 31 years old, was charged with 1 count of possessing crystal meth.  She was released with a court date of October 5^th, 2020. 

Domestic Mischief

Belleville, ON – September 10^th, 2020, 11pm - A 23-year-old male was charged with 1 count of Domestic Spousal Assault.  He was released with a court date of October 5^th, 2020.
