Dangerous Operation and breach of probation

On the 25^th of October, 2022, at 2:43 am, Belleville Police were called to a business on North Front Street Belleville, Ontario, for a single motor vehicle collision.  Prior to police arrival, the driver had fled.  Police located the vehicle, and the accused a short distance away.  As a result of the investigation, 34-year-old George Shields of Belleville, Ontario, was arrested and charged with Dangerous operation and Fail to comply with a probation order. Shields was later released with a November 25^th, 2022, court date.
