Breach of Undertaking

On the 27^th of November, 2022, at 8:00 pm, Belleville Police attended an address at 59 Russell Street Belleville, Ontario, regarding a breach of an undertaking. Police received information that a 27-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident was in breach of his release conditions by communicating and being with his partner, whom he had assaulted in the past. As a result, the male was arrested and charged with two counts of breaching his undertaking. He was later released with a court date of the 12^th of December, 2022. As this is an intimate partner violence-related incident, the accused’s name is not being released to protect the victim’s identity.
