An unsuspecting female was grocery shopping while being closely followed by a male and a female. As the victim was checking out, the male stood by, paying close attention to her as she was paying, and proceeded to follow her in the parking lot towards her vehicle. As the victim got inside her car, the female thief approached her and advised that there was an issue with the victim’s back tire.
