Intimate Partner Assault

On the 22^nd of November, 2022, at 2:52 am, Belleville Police were called to the east end of the city for a domestic dispute in progress. After an investigation, a 57-year-old Belleville, Ontario, female was arrested and charged with Spousal Assault. The female was later released with a December 19^th, 2022, court date. As this incident is intimate partner violence-related, the accused’s name will not be released to protect the victim’s identity.
