From 5:00 a.m. on the 17th of March 2021 to 4:20 a.m. on the 18th of March, Belleville Police responded to 50 calls for service.
MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISIONS
On 17 March 2021 at 3:15 p.m. officers attended a 2 vehicle collision at the intersection of North Front St and Bell Blvd. No injuries were report. One of the drivers was charged with making an unsafe turn.
On 17 March 2021 at 6:15 p.m. officers attend on Moira St. near Sidney St. for another crash involving 2 vehicles. Minor injuries were reported. One driver was charged with making an unsafe move.
DISTURBANCE
On 17 March 2021 at 11:40 p.m. officer were called to a house in the West end for a fight. Investigation showed a resident was intoxicated and causing problems with other tenants. A 50 yr. old Belleville man was arrested for his own protection and brought to the cells until sober enough to care for himself.
