Total calls for service – Belleville Police responded to 72 calls for service over a 24-hour period beginning at 5:00 am on the 19th of July, 2022, to 5:00 am on the 20th of July, 2022.

Arrest on Warrants

On July 19th, 2022, Tyendinaga Police Service arrested a female wanted by Belleville Police for Fail to Comply with a Probation Order and Fail to Comply with an Undertaking. As a result, thirty-eight-year-old Christine Landry of Deseronto, Ontario was transported to Belleville Police Service and held for a show cause hearing on the 20th  of July, 2022.

Animal Complaint

The Belleville Police Service responded to two calls on the 19th of July, 2022 regarding dogs left in vehicles.  Belleville Police would like to remind the public to not leave any animals in vehicles for any length of time during increased temperatures of the summer.
