Warrant Arrest

Belleville ON- On the 6^th of January 2021 at 7:15 a.m. officers were dispatched to a west end residence for a break and enter in progress.  Officers arrived on scene and arrested the alleged suspect.  Investigation revealed that the break and enter was unfounded, however the male who was arrested did have an outstanding warrant after his surety for previous charges had revoked.  31-year-old Shane Thomas Dubeau of Belleville was arrested and held for a bail hearing later in the day. 

Drivers Charged

Belleville ON-On the 6^th of January 2021 at 10:00 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle in the East end of the city.  The 32-year-old driver was found to a be suspended.  The driver was charged with driving while suspended and given a February 1^st traffic court date.

Belleville ON-On the 6^th of January 2021 at 10:15 a.m. an officer observed a vehicle travelling at a high rate of speed on Highway 62 near Ashley Street.  The vehicle was clocked travelling at 150 km/h in an 80km/h zone.  The vehicle was stopped and the 67-year-old driver was charged with stunt driving.  The driver was given a February 1^st court date and his driver’s licence was seized and his vehicle was impounded.

Belleville ON-On the 6th of January 2021 at 10:45 a.m. an officer stopped a vehicle in the East end of the city.  The 31-year-old driver was found to a be suspended.  The driver was charged with driving while suspended and given a February 1st traffic court date.

Breach Arrest

Belleville ON-On the 6^th of January 2021 at 4:00 p.m. officers attended a residence in the north end of the city regarding an unwanted female.  Officers located the female and determined that she was currently released on a court order with one of her conditions being not to be found at that residence.  The 30-year-old Belleville resident was charged with breaching her court order.  She was arrested and held for a bail hearing on the 7^th of January 2021.

Multiple Charges for Suspicious Male

Belleville ON-On the 6^th of January 2021 at 9:00 p.m. officers were dispatched to the East end of the city regarding a suspicious male who was observed trespassing around a residence.  Officers located the suspect male and he was arrested.  Investigation led to the 27-year-old Belleville resident being charged with Break and Enter, trespass by night, possession of weapon for a dangerous purpose and 3 counts of breaching his probation order.  He was held for a bail hearing on the 7^th of January 2021.
