Break and Enter
Belleville, ON – On the 6th of August 2020 at 6:37 p.m. Police responded to a West end residence regarding a male that had broken into a home while the occupant was in her residence. The female victim dialed 9-1-1 as the male left the residence on the run with stolen items. The male, who was known to police, was located a short distance away and arrested for the break and enter. A 49-year-old Belleville man was charged with break and enter, theft under $5000 and breach of probation. He was held for a bail hearing on the 7th of August 2020.

Belleville, ON – On the 7th of August 2020, at approximately 12:44 a.m., officers attended an East end location regarding a female pounding on someone’s door in the middle of the night. On arrival, officers quickly ascertained that the female was heavily intoxicated due to the consumption of numerous alcoholic beverages. The 25-year-old Belleville woman was arrested for her own safety and later released on a Part I offence notice for being intoxicated in a public place.
