Total calls for service – Belleville Police responded to 68 calls for service over a 24-hour period beginning at 5:00 am on the 30^th of August, 2022, to 5:00 am on the 31^st of August, 2022.

Warrant arrests

On the 30^th of August 2022, at approximately 12:30 pm, Belleville Police on downtown patrol located a female party currently wanted by the Belleville Police Service for two counts of failing to appear in court and failing to comply with a probation order. As a result, 39-year-old-Ashley Wellbanks of Belleville was taken into custody and held for a show cause hearing on the 31^st of August 2022.

On the 30^th of August 2022, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Belleville Police were called to a downtown establishment for a disruptive male party refusing to leave. Upon arriving, Police identified the male as 31-year-old Dillon Kerr of Belleville, who was currently wanted by the Belleville Police Service for failing to attend court. As a result, Kerr was arrested and held for a show cause hearing on the 31^st of August, 2022.
