Belleville Police Service responded to 70 calls for service from the 7th of April 2020 at 5:00 a.m. to the 8th of April 2020 at 5:00 a.m.

Threats

Belleville, ON – On the 7th of April an arrest warrant was requested in relation to an incident that occurred in the earlier morning hours. At approximately 2:00 a.m. police were called to an East end apartment building with relation to a disturbance and investigation has resulted in the arrest warrant being requested for a 40-year-old city woman. Attempts to arrest her during the evening hours of the 7th of April went in vain. The charges include uttering threats, criminal harassment and mischief.

Missing Persons

Belleville, ON - The Belleville Police Service is requesting assistance from the public with regards to the whereabouts of a missing teen.  On the 13th of March 2020 at 8:38 a.m. police took a report of a missing teen who is believed to have run away from his home in the city. The teen was last seen by his caregiver on the evening of March 12th at 10:30 pm at his residence. Missing is14-year old Ashyr David Willms. He is described as indigenous, 5’ 9” tall and approximately 130lbs.  Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Belleville Police at 613-962-3456.
