Trespass to Property Act
On the 26th of January, 2022 at 9:46 am members of the Belleville Police Service attended 470 Dundas Street East Belleville, Ontario in regards to an unwanted person. The male currently on a trespass order for the property had become aggressive and chased a person into a washroom. The forty-six-year-old male Belleville, Ontario resident was arrested for entering a premise when prohibited and transported to the Belleville Police Service. The male was released on a Provincial Offence Undertaking with a court date of February 7th, 2022 in Belleville.
Traffic Advisory
The Belleville Police Service advise motorists to be prepared for potential slowdowns on all Highways across the East Region of Ontario. There will be an increase in commercial motor vehicle traffic across the region as a result of a demonstration running from Thursday through Saturday on Highway 401, Highway 417, Highway 17 and Highway 416. It is believed only one lane on Highway # 401 through our area will be affected.
