Fraud, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime & Breach of Probation – Arrest
On the 27th of March 2023 at 9:00 p.m., Belleville Police located a male in the area of Dundas Street East and George Street who they were investigating for Fraud, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime & Breach of Probation. As a result of their investigation, Police arrested 40-year-old Leo QUINLAN of Belleville. Quinlan was charged with Fraud, Possession of Property Obtained by Crime & Breach of Probation. QUINLAN was released on an Undertaking and given a Court date in April 2023.
Female Attends Court with a Knife and is Arrested
On the 27th of March 2023 at 11:25 a.m., a 38-year-old female from Belleville attended the Quinte Court House in possession of a knife. The female was arrested in the Court House by Special Constables and charged with Fail to Comply with Release Order and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon. The female was transported to the Belleville Police Service where she is being held for bail.
Arrest on Warrant – Surety Revoke
