Assault

On 4 May 2022, at 4:15pm, police attended a Thurlow address and arrested a 24-year-old Belleville male for assault as a result of an investigation which began on 12 April 2022. Police had received a call regarding a fight at a residence between members of an extended family. Police had received information that the victim had been injured, and there were several other incidents leading up to the male’s arrest on 4 May. The male was held in custody for a bail hearing on 5 May 2022.
