Stolen vehicle
On 28 May, 2025, at 9:00am, Belleville Police responded to a Bridge Street West address regarding a stolen vehicle. The complaint advised that sometime overnight, a 2012 white Volkswagen Jetta licence CHKS 192 was stolen. Anyone with information, or anyone who observes the vehicle is asked to contact the Belleville Police Service.
Arrested on warrants
On 28 May, 2025, at 8:30pm, Belleville Police interacted with a male regarding a complaint he had made. During the investigation, police learned that the male had outstanding warrants for theft and failing to attend court. Starsky Hughey, 41, of Belleville was arrested and held for bail on 29 May, 2025.
