On September 29, 2026, the Honourable Justice Bonn of the Ontario Court of Justice presided over the swearing-in ceremony of the Belleville Police Service’s three newest Constables.

Constables Joshua Beale, Thiago Do Amaral and Bradley Heykoop graduated from the Ontario Police College on September 18, 2026.

Chief Murray Rodd, members of the Belleville Police Service, and the officers’ family and friends gathered to celebrate this important milestone as the new constables began their careers in policing.

The Belleville Police Service is proud to welcome Constables Beale, Do Amaral and Heykoop to the organization and looks forward to their contributions in serving and protecting the Belleville community.
