Harassment
On July 27, 2026, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Belleville Police responded to a business parking lot in the city’s north end regarding a report of harassment.
A male reported that he had been followed by vehicles throughout the morning. Upon police arrival, officers observed a suspect vehicle in the parking lot and spoke with the occupant.
Following investigation, it was learned that a female had been following the male and attempting to find his residence. It was further reported that the female drove her vehicle aggressively within the parking lot to block the male’s vehicle.
As a result of the investigation, Pamela McConkey, a 52-year-old Prince Edward County woman, was arrested and charged with:
- Criminal Harassment
She was released on an Undertaking with a court date in October.
Public Intoxication
On July 27, 2026, at 5:14 p.m., Belleville Police responded to a disturbance at a business in the city’s west end. It was reported that an unknown male was causing a disturbance at the location. Upon arrival, officers observed the male to be intoxicated. He left the business, continued yelling in the street, and caused further disturbance. The male then stopped in front of a residence and yelled at the occupants.
As a result, a 36-year-old Belleville male was arrested and charged under the Liquor Licence and Control Act with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place. He was later released from police custody once sober.
Warrant
On July 27, 2026, at 6:16 p.m., Belleville Police observed a female in the area of Bridge Street West who was known to have an outstanding Belleville Police Service arrest warrant.
As a result, Pamela Sager, 53-year-old Belleville woman of no fixed address, was arrested on the strength of the outstanding warrant. She was released on an Undertaking with a court date in October.
Warrants
On July 27, 2026, at 10:33 p.m., Belleville Police responded to a call for service in the city’s west end. It was reported that an unknown female was in the lobby of an apartment complex.
Upon arrival, officers located the female and learned she had multiple outstanding arrest warrants issued by the Belleville Police Service.
As a result, Tamara Johnston, 57-year-old Belleville woman, was arrested on the strength of the outstanding warrants. She was released on an Undertaking with a court date in October.
Public Intoxication
On July 28, 2026, at 3:26 a.m., Belleville Police responded to a call for service in the area of North Front Street. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a male and a female and observed the male to be intoxicated. The male refused to go home and became uncooperative with officers.
For his own safety, a 30-year-old Belleville male was arrested and charged under the Liquor Licence and Control Act with Being Intoxicated in a Public Place. He was later released from police custody once sober.
