Temporary Lockdown at a West End Secondary School
On March 26th at 12:26pm, Belleville Police responded to a report of an individual inside a West End Secondary School with a firearm.
Upon arrival and further investigation, officers located a teenager nearby in possession of a replica firearm and several knives.
The 15-year-old Belleville male is facing weapons charges.
The school was placed on lockdown while police responded, but the lockdown has since been lifted.
