Break and Enter, Breach of Probation
On July 10th at 12:15am, Belleville Police responded to a call regarding CCTV footage of a male breaking into a building under construction in the city’s north end. Upon arrival, police identified the male in the footage, who was linked to an investigation of mischief from May of this year. As a result of investigations from July 10th, 2025, and May 10th, 2025, Nathan Irwin, 36-year-old Frankford resident, was located, arrested and charged with:
- Break and enter
- Possession of break in instruments
- Mischief
- Two counts of failure to comply with probation order
He was released on an Undertaking with a court date in August 2025.
