On the 17^th of June at 2:50am, Belleville Police responded to a residence in the city’s west end regarding an unwanted male who was breaching his probation conditions by being at the address and communicating with the homeowner.  Upon their arrival, police arrested a 38-year-old man of no fixed address.  During their investigation, police learned the male was also at the address the previous day breaching his conditions.  As a result, police charged the man with six counts of failing to comply with a probation order.  He was held in custody for a bail hearing.
