Total calls for service – Belleville Police responded to 69 calls for service over a 24-hour period beginning at 5:00 am on September 4, 2025 to 5:00 am on September 5, 2025.
Assault
On September 4th at 1:35pm, Belleville Police spoke with a female who attended the police station. It was reported that a male had attended the female’s residence, causing damage to her vehicle by reversing into it. During the incident, the male also yelled at her and physically assaulted her.
As a result of the investigation, a 36-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with:
- Assault
- Assault with a weapon
- Uttering threats
- Mischief over $5000
He was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in October.
