Total calls for service – Belleville Police responded to 94 calls for service over a 24-hour period beginning at 5:00 am on October 6, 2025 to 5:00 am on October 7, 2025.
Public Intoxication
On the 6th of October at 10:12pm, police received a call from security at an address on Wallbridge Loyalist Road regarding an intoxicated male who was shirtless and attempting to hide under parked cars. Following a short foot chase by security, they were able to pin the male down and await the arrival of police. Following their investigation, police arrested an 18-year-old male from Trenton for being intoxicated in a public place. He was transported to the Belleville Police Service and issued a Provincial Offence Notice.
Pedestrian struck by vehicle
On the 7th of October shortly after midnight, police were called to a disturbance at a business on North Front St near Tracey St. Upon arrival, police discovered that a pick-up truck had struck a female in the parking lot. The truck fled the area however police located it a short distance away. The driver was not located. The female attended Belleville General Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
