On October 30^th at 9:38pm, Belleville Police responded to a residence in the city’s north end regarding a neighbour dispute. Upon arrival, officers spoke with a male who reported ongoing issues with his neighbour and reported that a verbal argument had escalated into a physical assault, during which he was punched in the face. Officers reviewed video footage of the incident and identified the suspect.

As a result of investigation, Mickel Turner, 47-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with assault.

He was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in December.
