Breach of Release Order
On October 16th at 10:53pm, Belleville Police received a report regarding a male who was breaching the conditions of his release order by being alone and not accompanied by his surety.
Upon investigation, officers spoke to the male’s surety, who advised that the male was not with her at that time. A short time later, officers spoke to the male who confirmed he had left the residence without his surety.
As a result of investigation, a 39-year-old Belleville man, was arrested and charged with failure to comply with a release order.
He was held for a bail hearing.
