Theft
On November 24th at 4:09pm, Belleville Police responded to a reported theft at a business on Bell Boulevard. Staff reported that a female was observed concealing merchandise before leaving the store without attempting to pay. Upon arrival, officers located the woman, took her into custody, and recovered the stolen items.
As a result of investigation, a 42-year-old Deseronto woman was arrested and charged with:
- Theft under $5000
- Fail to comply with probation order
- Failure to comply with a release order
She was held for a bail hearing.
