Fail to Comply
On March 4th at 8:23pm, Belleville Police conducted a traffic stop on North Front St. During the traffic stop, officers spoke with the male driver and the female passenger. Through investigation, officers learned that the driver was in breach of his release order by being in communication with the passenger.
As a result, a 34-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with fail to comply with a release order X2. He was held for a bail hearing.
