On March 9^th at approximately 9:35am, Belleville Police received a report that a female had attended a male’s residence despite being bound by conditions to not communicate with the male.

As a result, a 42-year-old Deseronto woman was arrested and charged with 2 counts of fail to comply with an undertaking. She was released on an undertaking with a scheduled court date in March.
