Fail to Comply with an Undertaking
On January 21st at 8:11pm, Belleville Police received a report that a male attended a female’s residence while bound by conditions prohibiting him from communicating with her or attending her address.
A short time later, a 27-year-old Belleville man was located, arrested and charged with 2 counts of fail to comply with an Undertaking. He was held for a bail hearing.
Warrant
On January 21st at 10:31pm, Belleville Police responded to an apartment complex in the city’s east end regarding a report of an unwanted person. It was reported an unknown male was sleeping in the common area. Upon arrival, officers observed a male who was known to have an outstanding Belleville Police Service arrest warrant for fail to comply with a probation order.
As a result, Terry Chevrie, 55-year-old Belleville man of no fixed address, was arrested and the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
