On January 13^th at 9:13am, Belleville Police conducting proactive patrol in the downtown area observed a male who was known to have an outstanding BPS arrest warrant for failure to attend court while on a release order.

As a result, a 40-year-old Belleville man of no fixed address was arrested on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
