Belleville Police Intelligence / Drug Unit - Drug Arrests
On Wednesday, February 11th 2026, members of Belleville Police Drug Unit executed a Controlled Drugs substance Act search warrant in the city’s east end with the assistance of the Belleville Police K9 and Emergency Response Unit.
Police seized:
- 1 gram of Crystal Methamphetamine
- 150.8 grams of Cocaine
- Digital Scales
- Packaging material
- 2 Cell phones
- $430.00 in Canadian Currency
As a result of police investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged:
Rhonda Zielski, 59-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Sec 5(2) CDSA
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine – Sec 5(2)
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 – Sec 354(1)(a) CC
Shelby Zielski, 27-year-old Belleville woman, was charged with the following offences and held for a bail hearing:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Sec 5(2) CDSA
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine – Sec 5(2) CDSA
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 – Sec 354(1)(a) CC
Gordon Thibault, 62-year-old Belleville man, was charged with the following offences and released on an Undertaking with a scheduled court date in March:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Sec 5(2) CDSA
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Crystal Methamphetamine – Sec 5(2) CDSA
- Proceeds of Crime Under $5000 – Sec 354(1)(a) CC
