Assault
On August 5th at 1:37pm, Belleville Police responded to a call at a business in the city’s east. Upon arrival, officers spoke to a female who reported that a male suspect had physically assaulted the female and that he was also in possession of her belongings. As a result, a 22-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with:

- Mischief under $5,000
He was released on an Undertaking with a court date scheduled in September.
