Motor Vehicle Collision
Belleville ON-On the 28th of September 2021 at 12:20 p.m., Belleville Police were dispatched to a two-vehicle collision on North Front Street. Officers arrived on scene and determined there were no injuries however both vehicles were not driveable. As a result of the investigation a 42-year-old Colbourne resident was charged with failing to yield to traffic on through highway contrary to section 136(1)(b) of the Highway Traffic Act.
Bail Violations
Belleville ON-On the 28th of September 2021 at 9:00 p.m., officers responded to an East end residence regarding a loud argument. Officers arrived on scene and identified one of the involved parties as being on a number of current release conditions from outstanding charges. The male was arrested and as a result of the investigation was charged with two count of domestic assault contrary to section of 266, three counts of failing to comply with a release order contrary to section 145(5)(a) and three counts of failing to comply with a probation order contrary to section 733.1 of the Criminal Code. The 29-year-old Huntsville resident was held for a bail hearing on the 29th of September 2021.
