Breach of Undertaking

Belleville ON, On 20 Sept 2020 at 3:56 a.m. a Belleville Police officer observed a male in a bank on Front St. A record check of the male indicated that he was on a Judicial Release to not be in that particular bank. Mark Ferguson a 43-year-old Napanee male was arrested. He was charged with one count of fail to comply with a Judicial Release. He was released on an undertaking with a court date of 22 Oct 2020.
