Belleville ON, On 07 Nov 20 at 9:03 a.m. police attended an address on Moira St. W. in regards to a neighbour dispute. One neighbour was taking down a fence of the other neighbour with a shovel. As a result of the investigation, Robert Thibault, a 59 yr old Belleville man, was charged with 2 counts of Mischief Under 5000 dollars. He was released on an officer in charge undertaking with a court date of the 10th of December 2020.
Domestic Assault
Belleville ON, On 07 Nov 2020 at 1:37 p.m. officers attended at an address on Dundas St. E. in regards to a Domestic Dispute. Police received information that the victim had been hit in the face and dragged off a couch. A 24 yr old Belleville male was arrested and charged with one count of assault. He was released on an officer in charge undertaking with a court date of 30 Nov 2020.
