Narcotics Arrest
Belleville ON, On 18 May 2021 at 5:30 a.m. an officer on patrol observed a vehicle on Dundas St. E., which the officer knew there was no insurance for. The vehicle was stopped. The officer observed a male by the name of Brian Vining, a 38 yr. old Belleville resident driving the car. A record check indicated that the Vining was breaching his release order by being out past his curfew. He was arrested and transported to the Belleville Police Service. While searching the male, officers located a quantity of cocaine and cash. As a result, he was charged with the following: three counts of failing to comply with a release order, three counts of driving while prohibited, possession for the purpose of trafficking in a narcotic, and possession of the proceeds of crime over 5000.00 dollars. He was remanded into custody and has a video appearance on 20 May 2021.
Break and Enter
Belleville ON, On 18 May 2021 at 6:34 a.m. police observed a male in a construction site on Coleman St. The male had cut a hole in a fence and was attempting to enter a locked trailer. Police arrested the male. A search of the male revealed that the male had break in tools on him. Robert Palin, a 40 yr old Belleville resident was charged with break and enter and possession of stolen property. He was released on an undertaking wit ha court date of 22 July 21.
