Breach of Probation
Belleville, ON - On the 21st of June 2021, at approximately 8:19 p.m., police were called to a west end location for a report of a suspicious male. Further investigation revealed that the male had stolen merchandise from a nearby store. Although the employees did not wish pursue any charges, officers were advised that the male was currently on probation. Given the circumstances, 31-year-old Nicolas McMath from Belleville was charged with two counts of breach of probation a later released on a Form 10 with a first court date of the 29th of July 2021.
Breach of the peace
Belleville, ON – On the 21st of June 2021, at approximately 6:24 p.m., police attended a west end location for a report of a male causing a disturbance. Police tried to reason with the male on three separate occasions only to receive further calls from the public of the male yelling at persons walking by. As a result, the 54-year-old Belleville man was arrested for breach of the peace and later released unconditionally.
