The Belleville Police Service responded to 62 calls from June 12th 2020 at 5:00 a.m. to June 13th 2020 at 5:00 a.m.

Arrested for Breaching Court Orders and Bail Conditions

Belleville, ON – On June 12th 2020 at 10:20 a.m., police were called to a Moira Street West location for a report of a man in breach of a court-ordered communication condition.  Police arrested a 36-year old Shannonville, Ontario man for breaching a condition of an earlier undertaking.  He was held for a bail hearing.

At 11:08 a.m., police were called to a Front Street location.  Once here, an investigation led to the arrest of a 50-year old Belleville man, charging him with two counts of failing to comply with conditions of a release order.  He was held for a bail hearing.

At 6:04 p.m., police were called to a North Front Street location for a disturbance.  This investigation led police to arresting two people, both for criminal code offences.  A 31-year old city man was arrested and charged with breaching conditions of an undertaking.  He was held for bail.  A female from Gananoque, Ontario was arrested and charged with obstructing a peace officer, resisting a peace officer, and failing to comply with a probation order.  Twenty-year old Hallie Mutoo was taken into custody on the charges and later released on a Form 10 Undertaking to appear in Belleville Court on August 20th 2020.
