Arrest on Warrant

Belleville, On- January 25, 2021 – 9:20 a.m.

Belleville Police responded to the area of Geddes Street regarding a wanted female in the area. The female, 30-year-old Kayla Brickman of Belleville was wanted on outstanding warrants for breaching a release order. Brickman was located and arrested. She was held for a bail hearing.

Domestic

Belleville, ON – January 25th, 2021 – 7:05 p.m.

Belleville Police attended an East end address after receiving a call from a male who had received a message from a friend who was involved in a violent domestic. Police arrived on scene and observed the female who had obvious injuries on the front step of the residence. Police entered the heavily damaged residence and arrested the 25-year-old Belleville man. He is facing charges of assault, mischief, and uttering threats. He is being held for a bail hearing on 26 January. His name is not being released to protect the identity of the victim.

Arrest on Warrant

Belleville, On- January 25, 2021 – 9:40 p.m.

Belleville Police observed a female passenger in a vehicle on Front Street who was known to be wanted. Police stopped the vehicle, and confirmed the identity of the female, and she was arrested. Jenifer Ford, 36, of Belleville was arrested on outstanding warrants for breach of probation, fail to attend court, and breach of release order. She was later released with a 25 February 2021 court date.
