The Belleville Police Service responded to 63 calls between February 9th, 2021 at 5:00 a.m. and February 10th, 2021 at 5:00 a.m.

Breach of Probation

Belleville, ON - On the 10th of February 2021, shortly before 8:00 p.m., officers were called to the Bus Terminal in regards to a male currently trespassing and causing a disturbance. When officers arrived on scene, they received information that the male was currently on numerous probation orders, whereby he was to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.  As a result of the investigation, officers located and arrested a 41-year-old Trenton man for breach of probation.  The accused was held for a bail hearing on the 10th of February 2021.

City Police report a fairly steady 24-hour period ending at 5:00 a.m. on February 10th 2021.  Police responded to several incidents that ended peacefully with Police intervention. Those incidents included noise complaints, disturbances, domestics disputes, suspicious persons and vehicles, traffic complaints, neighbour and family disputes, and calls to assist ambulance.
