Outstanding Warrant

At 5:00pm police located a female on Moira St W who had an outstanding warrant for failing to comply with a conditional sentence order. The accused, 40-year-old Amanda Sleeper of Belleville was arrested and held for a Bail Hearing.
Prohibited Driving
Belleville, ON – December 24th, 2020
At 8:00pm Belleville City Police observed a truck with improper lights on Dundas St W. The driver of the vehicle originally provided a fake name to the officer. Upon further investigation the officer was able to identify the driver and it was revealed that he was prohibited from driving. The accused, 54-year-old Chris Baker of Quinte West was charged with driving while prohibited, he was released on an appearance notice with a January court date and his vehicle was impounded for 45 days.
