The Belleville Police Service responded to 55 calls for service between the 21st of December, 2021at 5:00 a.m. and the 22nd of December, 2021 at 5:00 a.m.

Arrested on Warrants

On the 21st of December, 2021 at 2:51 pm police were called to a Bell Boulevard business in relation to a Mischief. Police received information that a female inside the business was throwing items around the store. Security detained the female until police arrived. A check of the female upon police arrival revealed that twenty-seven-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident Victoria Ladouceur was currently wanted by Belleville Police for Breach of Probation. As a result, she was arrested for the warrant and later released with a court date of January 27, 2022.  

In a second incident Belleville Police on the 21st of December at 6:55 pm were called to a Hope Crescent address for a male using drugs. Through investigation it was learned that the male currently had an outstanding arrest warrant for Robbery, Fail to Appear, Utter Death Threats and Extorsion. Upon police arrival the male fled and was located a short distance later and arrested for the outstanding warrant. The thirty-two-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident was held for a show cause hearing on the 22nd of December, 2022.
