Surety Revoke warrant

On the 30th of November, 2021 at 9:28 p.m. Belleville Police were called to a Haig Road residence for a complaint of threats. Upon arrival, police checked the complainant and determined he was wanted for a surety revoke committal warrant. As a result, 31-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident Tyler Lindsay was arrested for the warrant and held for a show cause hearing on the 1st of December, 2021.

Impaired Collision

On the 1st of December, 2021 at approximately 12:25 a.m. Belleville Police attended a report of a motor vehicle collision in a parking lot.  Upon police arrival, the driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested for Impaired Operation.  As a result, twenty-nine-year-old Belleville, Ontario resident Sara Rosebush was arrested for Operation While Impaired and Over 80 mgs. of alcohol in the blood. Rosebush was later released with a first appearance court date of December 16th, 2021.
