The Belleville Police Service responded to 66 call for service between April 3rd, 2020 at 05:00 a.m. and April 4th, 2020 at 5:00 a.m.
Mischief
Belleville, ON – On April 3rd, 2020, at 10:53 p.m. police responded to Highland Avenue as a window on a car had been broken. A suspect was observed fleeing the scene. The suspect was located on Dundas Street West and arrested without incident. Aaron Junior Ty Woods, 26 years of age, of Belleville, was charged with two counts of mischief under $5000.00 and breach of probation. He will appear in court on June 4th, 2020.
Disturbance
Belleville, ON – On April 3rd, 2020, at 11:32 p.m. police responded to a disturbance on West Moira Street. A 46-year-old Belleville man was arrested to prevent a further breach of the peace. Alcohol was a factor in this incident. There were no injuries.
Fail to Remain Accident
Belleville, ON – On April 3rd, 2020, at 4:34 p.m. police attended at the intersection of Church Street and Station Street in relation to a two-car collision.
