Robbery
Belleville ON, On 23 April 2021 at 9:30 a.m. police on patrol on Front St. were flagged down by witnesses who observed a female dragging another female into an alley. An elderly female was followed on Front St, when another younger female attempted to steal her purse. The victim held onto her purse and her yelling attracted a number of people who came to her aide. The suspect took off but was located on Pinnacle St. Angie Nolan a 30 yr old Belleville resident was charged with failing to comply with an undertaking, robbery, and assault. She had a bail hearing on the 23rd of April and was remanded into custody. The victim suffered minor injuries.
Theft
Belleville ON, On 23 April 2021 at 9:40 a.m. police attended at an address on Frank St in regards to a theft. Sometime overnight a suspect entered the victims unlocked vehicle. Once inside the suspect removed cash, credit cards, and identification. There are no suspects.
